New Problem?: This sounds like a new problem with her? If so, look for associated symptoms like fever, which would make viral infection more likely. If her vomit is dark green in color this is an emergency requiring immediate attention. Are there contacts with illness? Associated diarrhea? Recent history of travel? Has she lost weight? Is her mouth sticky or moist? Is she sleepy? Or usual temperament?
