Dear doc, my 3y old boy- rectal temp of 40 since yesterday now with vomiting, diarrhoea and pain. gave 10ml ponstan, after 4hrs no change then gave empaped 250 suppository. gave 5ml neorofen now. q: wait until tomorrow to see gp or er now? thanks

Temp: This is a 104 temperature. I would recommend going to ER for evaluation.
