Save some money: Additional vitamin supplements available to consumers have not been proven to help normal people who are getting plenty of vitamins from their balanced diets (plus an inexpensive one-a-day multivitamin), and who aren't deficient in a vitamin. But, life is very subjective, so if a person believes he is helping himself by buying a second or third daily dose of vitamins, he may "feel even better".
