Best sleep -10PM-2AM: Literature suggests best restorative sleep occurs between hours of 10PM and 2AM; specifically regarding replacement of leukocytes - white blood cells. Try to protect this sleep interval as much as possible. Avoid working an irregular shift schedule if at all possible. This represents the worst disruption of your natural sleep cycle.
