Is 5 to 6 hrs of sleep enough sometimes less. demanding job and never been issue but starting to get more migrains and now dizzy not as focussed etc?

It is enough: If you feel rested after 5-6 hours of sleep, there is no reason to sleep longer. You have adequate sleep when you are awakened refreshed, able to go through the day full of energy and feeling alert without effort, even when placed in boring situations. You are sleep deprive when you are feeling tired, irritable and luck of concentration. If concerned see sleep specialist.
