You have options: I'm sorry your acne was neglected and you ended up scars -- in the 21st century, nobody should have to have this happen. Nothing you can do will touch them. A plastic surgeon or dermatologist can make them less visible using microsurgery, a laser, or a filler. Or you can do like several hollywood male leads and keep the scars for the "tough guy" look.
