Get real Rx: If it's on your back, you'll probably need both topical treatment (consider benzoyl peroxide plus topical clindamycin, perhaps with a retinoic acid derivative), plus a sytemic antibiotic or one of the big guns that only a dermatologist can write for. Some acne scars give a man character, but this should be a choice; this is the 21st century & all acne can be managed scientifically.
