See a physician: Chronic back pain can be cause by any number of conditions such as degenerative discs, herniated disc, pinched nerves, arthritis in the spinal joints, etc. I would recommend seeing a physician for further evaluation/treatment. Your treatment may require modification or even stoppage of your athletic activities - usually just temporarily. Good luck!
