Allergic reaction?: It is possible you were having a reaction to an ingredient. You can investigate what was in this chicken.. There is the possibility that the reaction will be worse with subsequent exposure. You can consult with a board certified allergist to obtain prophylactic medication like epipen (epinephrine) and possible allergy testing.
