Her inner lip i belive is quite swollen and is poping out. she said it's quite uncomfortable to walk , sit , & pee; it burns & it itches at times ?

See a doctor: You may have bacterial vaginosis, chlamydia, urinary tract infection such as cystitis (bladder infection), urethritis (urethral inflammation), cervix iris (cervical inflammation - lower part of uterus), gonorrhea, ureaplasma or mycoplasma. Please see a physician and you may go to the county / city STD center to get an opinion also. These places are private, safe and helpful. Don't be intimidated.
