Herpes-type lesion: Having a swollen lump on your lip needs a little clarification because you may be referring to your mouth or you could be referring to your vaginal lip. The answer may be somewhat similar in the sense that, without having a visual of the lesion, I strongly suspect you may be dealing with a herpes-type infection that has not completely healed and may be giving you nerve ending irritation.
