Varicose vein?: You will need to see a doctor for an exam to determine the cause. It sounds like it might be a varicose vein though. People think of these as only happening on the legs. The labia is actually a common spot for them. See a doctor and try not to mash on it.

Labial veins: Labial/vaginal veins are very common and they can clot to form superficial phlebitis. Once clotted they can be evacuate with local anesthesia with immediate relief.
