See a doctor!: There are many different potential causes of this. No one here can possibly answer your question with the limited information you provide but we can all agree that you should take your baby to a doctor as soon as possible. No matter how much info you give, it is extremely difficult to diagnose a rash without a doctor seeing it, preferably in person.
