Headaches ; faint : Feeling faint, head pressure and headafhes could be from anxiety and hyperventilation or could be the result of a medical condition. The first step is to get a medical diagnosis. Make an appointment with your doctor. If medical conditions are ruled out, then get stress and anxiety-management therapy or biofeedback.

Addition to others: Unusual in an otherwise healthy young male. If you are not on any medications and do not have any medically diagnosed conditions. If you are not smoking or drinking excessive alcohol and not dehydrated. I suggest checking your BP and pulse sitting then standing am, noon, evening then hs, for one week. Keep a chart. Then see pcp and go over it. Pops usually seen in thin young females but not always.
