Fluctuating blood: pressure may be a reason. When people are not well hydrated they may feel like that. Avoid caffeinated drinks, chocolate and drink plenty of fluids. Ask someone to check the blood pressure when lying down and when standing up and see if the blood pressure goes down when you stand up.. I hope that it helps...

Low bp: This could be that you are feeling the lower blood pressure when you first get up and when you stand for a while your blood pools in your legs causing this feeling too.
