Probably ok: Small cyst are not uncommon and can cause pain. The thickening of the uterus can be related to your cycle (it varies throughout the month) at the time of the scan. If your cyst is stable in size over the last year and the pain is tolerable, probably not much to do about it. Just watch it.

Hello, I am 28 years old. I recently had a Pelvic, Transva ultrasound. My Endometrial stripe was 2.1CM (21 mm), ovaries unremarkable, with some fluid in the cul de sac. There was atleast 2 2.1 mm cysts shown. Uterus otherwise ok. Shoud i be concerned?
