Tonsilolith, GERD: The condition you described is likely a tonsilolith- which is mixed of food particle, debris and bacteria. Oral hygiene is very important. A constant feeling of lump on her throat likely is caused by acid reflux. Other condition like anxiety also can cause this feeling. I assume no mass was seen in the throat as she was seen by ent. Both may be connected. Try otc omeprazole. Ultimately, f/u w/ md.
