I am not sure what is wrong or should be worried. but for a few days now i have had a lump in my throat feeling that comes and goes with feeling more serves and less serve. i have looked at my tonsils and there are some white spots and a few lines.

Throat symptoms can be from a strep throat infection (antibiotics needed), a cold or influenza, or from some other cause such as allergies or irritants.
