May be intestine: Movement of the baby may affect the loops of intestine near the uterus and disturbance of air normally present in the intestine may cause a clicking sound.

I know its normal for bowl sounds to come from babies but my 2 month old always has sounds coming from her stomach. I burp her and given her gripe water and its loud popping noises. I know she can swallow air but it continue to happen. ?
