Dont think theres anything serious but curious about my stomach making clicking sounds that switches left then stops then right and repeats in lower part. also made a high pitched loud pop/squeal/fart sound lol felt it too on left side?

Those are sounds associated with Food Digestion, Processing and Excretion of waste. They happen all the time but people tend to hear them when they are quiet. The Doctors call them Bowel Sounds and check them with their stethoscope when they do Physical Examination. Nothing to worry.
