32w pregnant ?'s: A "clicking sound" with shift in position at 32 w of pregnancy may be caused by the bones of the symphysis (the joining of two branches of the pelvic bone) in mid-lower abdomen, usually not heard, as cartilage stabilizing these bones is less effective to prevent movement against them touching, which can cause a faint "clicking sound".
