Could be: Your belly pains could be your first period if you have not had one for some time. Is this typical of the cramping that you have had in the past? Do you have any other symptoms occurring now like fever or diarrhea? May be a stomach virus or other infection. Are you comfortably passing gas? When was your last bowel movement? Could be constipation.
