Should i see a doctor for a 9 day period while on nexplanon? ive been on it for a total of 6 years, this is my second implant. ive got pain in my lower left abdomen and have never had a period longer than 5-6 days my whole life, usually 4 days?

Follow-up with your OB/GYN. No contraceptive medications are 100% effective. There is still a possibility of getting pregnant while using Nexplanon. However, that isn't to say that pregnancy is the cause of all bleeding while using Nexplanon, only that further testing may be warranted.
