I have sore nipples and the top of my belly is bloated. i have a contraceptive implant and my husband has had the snip. could i be pregnant. no period?

Estrogen dominance: It sounds like estrogen dominance. You are about the right age for perimenopause, and estrogen dominance is a big part of that. See your doctor for a hormone test and to discuss your options. Sometimes progesterone helps a lot.
