Your question?: On one hand, most, but not all, women resume regular cycles within 13 weeks of implant removal. On the other hand, a few women will start ovulating within a week or two of its removal. If there's a possibility of pregnancy you should do a pregnancy test. I don't know why your "stomach feels hard." You should see a doctor in person about that.
