I have had the implant for 2/3 months now not had a period since. recently i have had stomach pains and pinky brown discharge could i be pregnant ?

Possible: Take a test to be safe, but pregnancy is unlikely on the implant. One of the most common side effects of the hormone implant is irregular bleeding, sometimes less flow than normal period bleeding, and just erratic in timing.
