M.D. visit/nasalbulb: A one month old may have congestion that is related to a cold or without any underlying infection. If there is reflux of stomach contents and milk, it may also cause a congested nose. Gently removing any mucus with a suction bulb and nasal saline, may help. Infants breathe through their noses. If there is breathing difficulty or it is related to an infection, please see your doctor.
