Stuffy nose: In infants, the use of saline nasal spray and suction of mucus when it loosens is one treatment; also a vaporizor for the steam or sitting in the bathroom running hot water in shower to make steam will help loosen the mucus for suctioning with the white or blue nasal/ear bulbs they sell over the counter.

Not Much: A humidifier and saline nose drops are for comfort. No safe medications at this agealso you may need to see the pediatrician to dtermine the cause of the problem.
