Need to know: Numbers. What is your total white cell count? All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that.

Nothing: If you feel well, and the absolute counts of both cells are anywhere near the reference range and no abnormal cells were seen, you are almost certainly okay. These values fluctuate chaotically.

Probably nothing: The percentages are only helpful in the context of the total wbc. For example a 23% neutorphil percentage on a total WBC of 8.0 would be completely normal.

Need to see ALL coun: Unless you provide all blood counts(wbc, hb and platelets) it is hard to tell. The CBC can easily change if you have infections, especially virus infections can increase lymphocyte count temporarily.. If concerned, you should recheck it in 1-2 weeks.
