Tongue: Not sure what your question is here, but pain and inability to swallow is not normal and should be evaluated by an oral surgeon, ent, or head and neck oncologist but please get it checked.

Was sick with sore throat, aches, fever, etc for 3-4 days. Now day 5-6 I have pain in jugular notch and mid-upper chest when swallowing. Hoarse voice and what seems like yellow post nasal drip. How to relieve the chest discomfort?
