I have a problem where i can't speak properly, the tongue feels heavy i can't eat, not able to chew my jaws are weak, drinking liquids go straight through nostrils. neck & joints are weak. sweet bitter& salty foods burn when swallowing. what's wrong?

These symptoms require an urgent evaluation by an ENT doc as without an exam no diagnis can be made. Pl do so. Hope you feel better.
