Am i allergic to lemon? when i drink lemonade my throat feels like it has a sort of coating on it. when i do mouthwash and eat citrus candy my tongue feels weird. is that related or a different issue? how can i be allergic to lemon but not orange?

How can you be sensitive to one food out of many in a group but not others? They are analogous but not homologous, similar but not identical. You would be advised to discuss your "allergy" with a specialist Allergist.
