Yes: Omega 3 fatty acids are important for eye health, esp. Dha. It is safe ; reasonable to take both eye vitamins ; omega 3's. However, absorption might be best if you take them at separate times. I advise taking the vitamins after breakfast and/or lunch and the omega 3's after dinner.
