No: Based on the information you provided, this result does not indicate cancer, but an inflammatory condition (coccobacilli are bacteria). Gardnerella vaginalis is a coccobacillus that causes bacterial vaginosis. Another coccobacillus that may be found in that location is chlamydia trachomatis, a bacterium that can cause cervicitis (inflammation of the cervix) and pelvic inflammatory disease.
