Eggs are good: For us. There is misinformation around saying that they are not or that they raise our cholesterol. Most of our cholesterol is made by our own body. 15-20 % comes from diet. So, enjoy your eggs, bcaa and all.

Egg protein: One egg white contains 4-6 grams of protein. Egg white contains very little bcaa. One can eat up to 8 egg whites per day safely. Other excellent proteins: Egg white is superior to all. Quinoa is excellent. Beans and lentils are excellent. Milk protein is excellent. Whole grains are good but not sufficient. Nuts are excellent. Yogurt is excellent
