6-8 grams depending!: There are 6-8 grams, size of egg dependent, no carbs. The egg Albumin is the perfect protein, along with weigh. The egg cholesterol is irrelevant, but it is the yolk with essential fats. You can always toss the yolk and have pure protein in the whites. Eggs are inexpensive, and egg whites are pure protein. I like the whole-for taste! three egg whites-18 to 24 grams of protein.
