Depends on symptoms: Whether and EMG and nerve conduction test involves one or both legs depends on your symptoms. If you have symptoms (numbess, tingling, pain, weakness) in both legs/feet, plan on the physician checking both. If you have symptoms in only one leg/foot, there may be no testing required on the other leg/foot, or there may be limited testing done (just for comparison purposes).
