Sounds severe: You have multiple problems that may relate or 2 separate problems going on at the same time. Both are severe and need immediate medical attention. Cough, fever, chest pain with foamy pink mucus is concerning for pneumonia. Uncontrollable diarrhea is bad requiring medical attention to prevent dehydration. Suffering those without help is the worst thing you would want to do.
