URI: Sounds like an upper respiratory infection or acute bronchitis serious enough for antibiotics. Levaquin (levofloxacin) is good choice both for bacterial URI and/or sinusitis. Also get OTC expectorant/mucolytic for the productive cough. I recommend Robitussin PE or any combo of guafenesin and decongestant.
