Can a 9mm cyst on tonsil give u lump in the throat feeling?

Unlikely: I think i answered this question before and stated that this was not a small cyst. But to answer this question, it is my opinion in my experience that a 9 mm. Cyst would not produce a feeling of a lump in the throat. Could be reflux or anxiety.
