Could be: The result of clenching or grinding as well. Consult with your dentist for an evaluation to see if an occlusal splint might help. Hope this helps.

Headaches: Would need far more information to begin to evaluate this. Strongly suggest that you make a list of the headaches, their severity on a 1- 10 scale, their frequency and any other associated symptoms (aura, nausea ; vomiting, visual difficulty, etc.), the location and radiation of the headaches and anything else you feel pertinent and see your pcp or a neurologist.
