Hello, Since im more stressed the last couple of months I have been feeling this weird headache. Now, when I am tired or stressed I feel this tension in the left side of my head and tingling?
I have tension headaches on the left side of my head and my neck is stiff on the same side every day.I think its because I used to take analgetics more then the normal amount thats how my neck started getting stiff.What do I do ?
