Kinda high: Unless you are very overweight, very out of shape, or addicted to energy drinks / caffeine / tobacco / decongestants...Then ideally it should be lower (like 60-80s). Yoga, biofeedback, stress management, adequate rest / sleep can help get you there. Your dr or a therapist can provide more information / education.
