Yes: Journaling or logging what you eat might help to reinforce good eating habits. Dont be too hard on yourself. Progress can be visualized. You can see how many servings of fresh fruit and vegetables you are eating over time and be aware of healthy choices over unhealthy ones. Best of health to you
