Help is available: You need to see a physician at a hospital supported by your city or county as they may provide free health care and give you a prescription medication. In the meantime you should seek support from your family or friend/s. Emotional support from them will give you better self esteem. The best 'medicine' that I can suggest right now is to get out of your home and take daily walks(1-2/day) for 1/2 hr

Mental Health Center: Government-supported Mental Health centers have sliding fee scales. You need a comprehensive evaluation by a professional (physician, psychologist, nurse, or social worker); there are MANY different types of treatment - both medication, and therapy/counseling. Aerobic exercise helps, but you need more: a proper diagnosis to start, and probably medication (not necessarily antidepressants).
