I'm a teenager addicted to sleeping pills. how do i stop?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

See your doctor: You should see your doctor to evaluate for the cause of the insomnia. There are often medical or metabolic problems that can cause the difficulty with sleep. Also, your doctor may be able to prescribe less addicting medications for sleep. You may been need to be weaned down on the medications under your doctor's supervision.
