What can i do abt loosening stomach skin? been working out hard 5-6 dy/wk for 23 years and have a healthy diet, about 13% bodyfat; want to be abt 10%.

Good work!: Excellent job so far. You are almost there. Keep working on diet and toning exercises. In your case, working on the core, with exercises like crunches and or sit ups can help. If you were very obese, sometimes, there is such excess skin flap, that you may need surgery, but for now, keep up the good work!

Sounds Like: You are in pretty good shape at 13%. Might want to evaluate your self image. Plastic surgeon for skin.
