Maybe: Improving diet and exercise are always a good idea. The ability of one's skin to recover after being stretched is an independent quality of the skin, and related to age, gender, and overall health. Loose skin on the abdomen after pregnancy is a common concern. Although it can recover with time and weight loss, it often requires surgical removal.

Diet, Yes. Xrciz, no: If your loose skin is fat, diet adjustments will be required to lose it. Loose skin remaining after fat loss may need to be removed surgically. Abdominal toning exercises will strengthen muscles but, unfortunately, have no effect on fat stores! das, but true. The good news is that once your diet becomes "clean, " and your calories reduced, exercises will create abs that look great later!
