Go back: You need to go back to the Dentist or Oral Surgeon who did your extractions. Both issues, the numbness and the clotting failure, need review.

See your surgeon : Whenever we go under any procedure there are certain risks involved. I am sure your doctor had you sign a consent form. Two of the major complications with wisdom tooth extraction are paresthesia ( permanent or temporary) and sinus exposure. These conditions are mostly temporary normally heal with time. You need to call your Surgoen and discuss your concerns as soon as possible. Hope that helps.

TransientParesthesia: If the nerve damage is from pressure following surgery and the nerve hasn’t been severed then there is a pretty good chance that recovery will occur in 3-6 month. See your surgeon for evaluation and treatment..
