Yes, but: Yes, but any surgery can cause pregnancy problems. Most risky in first trimester. No general anesthesia in any part of pregnancy. Usually emergencies done under local anesthesia. If you need extensive elective oral surgery, probably better to wait until post-partum.

Oral surgery: Your oral surgeon and your OB will need to collaberate on your treatment so it will have minimal effect on your growing baby. Usually during the first trimester only emergency surgery is done. Can you restore your teeth and not have them extracted?
